The Eclipse Foundation has moved their P2 repos to https and when trying to
access them via http, we only get a "moved permanently". Unfortunately, the
p2-layout-provider Maven plugin that we use to access these repos does not
follow redirections, so we must update the URLs. Well, using https URLs is
better anyway ;)
