When releasing the UIMA Java SDK, some of the {{.sha512}} files are signed. We
only need to sign the {{ZIP/TGZ}} files and to generate {{.sha512}} and
{{.asc}} files for them, but we do not need to sign the {{.sha512}} files as
well.
