uimaFIT is basically exclusively used via the Maven dependency mechanism.
Having an additional binary ZIP/TGZ convenience artifact is adding more effort
to the release and reviewing process than it actually benefits downstream
users.
Remove the ZIP/TGZ assembly from the uimaFIT build.
