I understand that the information under the "Development" menu is outdated, and there's a new maintainers guide under construction. To help users access more up-to-date content and provide feedback on the draft guide, I will: Add a link at the top of each page in the "Development" section that points to the draft maintainers guide: https://nightlies.apache.org/uima/draft-guides/maint.html. Ensure the link is prominently displayed so users are aware of the new guide.
