ShuffleUploader is an experimental feature which is target to merge and
upload data from local disk to remote storage if local disk hasn't enough space.
Currently, `MEMORY_LOCAL_HDFS` is introduced as the common solution for
shuffle data storage.
ShuffleUploader is not needed any more, and we also can avoid maintenance
this in the future.
