After https://github.com/apache/incubator-uniffle/pull/787, uniffle client supports throwing FetchFailedException when reading data to support stage resubmit, but it does not cover the getShuffleResult request. When the task is retried, the getShuffleResult request is first initiated, we should also support getShuffleResult throws FetchFailedException. ### How should we improve?
