Thanks a lot for this contribution. I'll merge the PR
We will have to revisit this when we upgrade to the latest Karaf 4 to see if we
can leverage its built-in Docker support but for the moment this will address
most needs.
We will also have to check where and how we can provide Docker images in Docker
Hub.
