Summary: Improve Getting started flow

Currently our getting started flow is really focus on installation & performing
web request.
I suggest we change it to go all the way to the web tracker installation, or at
least to accessing the web tracker example page.
We should also a "Where to go next" section to point people in the right
direction for next steps.
