Summary: Support to set cookies on multiple domains for Unomi

Because of 3rd party cookies restriction, and to be able to use the same unomi
on several sites, it would be great if unomi could set the cookie on different
domains.
Ideas :
* be able to associate a domain for each scope (but Im not sure if Unomi has
the scope information when it sets the cookie)
* set the domain to be always the same as the incoming request
