I was not able to reproduce, so I added few more logs to the migration process
on the scopes
Actually the issue is related to:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/UNOMI-572
When we update a conf from the running test it's restarting the services and
the schedulers lost the timer task that is responsible of reloading the scopes
in RAM.
