NodeJs is used to build:
* graphql-playground
* web-tracker
currently it's a version 14, and it's not possible to build unomi project on
Mac M2 due to the fact that there is no nodejs 14 arm64 version.
For this reasons we need to upgrade the nodejs version to latest 16
