All 1-8 of these tests were broken by changes to the way that we run our tests
and/or use Spring. These tests are marked Ignore because of this problem:
org.apache.usergrid.batch.job.SchedulerRuntime1IT
org.apache.usergrid.batch.job.SchedulerRuntime2IT
org.apache.usergrid.batch.job.SchedulerRuntime3IT
...
org.apache.usergrid.batch.job.SchedulerRuntime8IT
We should either fix them or replace them with something better.
