Summary: Test, Confirm and Document Reserved Words in Entities

We have had several problems recently with reserved words in documents. We
need to have these clearly documented and understood across the team. In
addition, we should figure out how to prefix any reserved words such that we do
not have problems storing any/all documents thrown at Usergrid.
Examples of reserved words include:
- size
- version
- created (as a non-long type)
- modified (as a non-long type)
- name
Please identify and document all reserved words including, but not limited to,
the above.
