+1 on the returning error message. We shouldn't think about it, we should do
it. If supporting a 'graph only' runtime of Usergrid, we need to make sure any
form of query (anything with QL queryparam, should say it's not supported, any
/index (reindex) , etc. should all represent this appropriately.
Maybe we should Conver this to an epic (Graph Only Runtime of Usergrid) and
create a bunch of sub-tasks needed to make this happen. Key to have it all
controlled by single property switch as this original ticket mentions.
