There seems to be a bug where a call to disassociate a user from a role by
using API:
curl -X DELETE
https://api.usergrid.com/<org>/<app>/roles/<roleName>/users/<userID>
returns success but the disassociation never occurs. On refreshing the data,
the user remains associated with the role.
