Description:
In user-grid tools we already have tools to identify and manage unique value
table like UniqueValueScanner and UniqueValueManager, to update and delete
Unique value entries and update them if necessary.
We faced an issue where some of the entities did not have unique value entry in
the table and were not accessible by name.
This tool is to repair all those entities for which unique value table does not
have an entry against name.
