Description:
Acceptance Criteria :
* User is able to clone the repo and run a docker-compose command to bring up
complete stack on any docker host which supports linux kernel.
* Additionally the docker containers be built and deployed independently for
stack, portal that reference existing Cassandra / ElasticSearch clusters.
* *(This does not include publishing official images to dockerhub)*
Already have some dockerized containers working, but need to make sure they can
work independently and in composition without bash build/run/clean scripts.
