Description:
Our existing PriamCluster scripts start a Cassandra cluster that is useful for
performance testing of Usergrid.
Modify these scripts to install Elastic Search on each Cassandra node so that
we can test the performance of Elastic Search for Core Persistence.
Use RAID for both Cassandra and ElasticSearch data files.
