Initial port of Apigee Android SDK
This PR ports the existing Apigee Android SDK to Apache. Minimal testing
has been done at this point, but I have run some sample requests successfully,
so the core request/response handling is up and running.
Build scripts have also been updated.
This PR also removes the old UG Android SDK, which was completely
non-functional.
Updated sample apps to follow.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/amuramoto/incubator-usergrid android-sdk-port
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
