We had to remove the AppleJavaExtensions from our source code directory
structure because we are not allowed to ship any jars in our source release. I
did not notice the breakage because I have a copy of that jar in my local repo.
Is AppleJavaExtensions required? Can we use the old version of that jar? (we
were including 1.5.4 because the latest version available via Maven is 1.4).
