We should review the collection/connection naming conventions we're using. If
we are to distinguish between collection and connection edges, we need a
standard prefix, and a standard suffix in all our modules. Currently our index
edge naming convention is different than our edge naming convention. This
causes a lot of unnecessary string parsing, and we should standardize on a
single format.
