Review each of the Ruby examples in the Usergrid docs for correctness and
ensure docs are updated for Usergrid 2.0. For each example, incorporate the
code into an automated test within the SDK package so that each example is
tested when we run the normal SDK tests. You can find a list of all Usergrid
