Ok well first you just need the openstack_nova_api.pm file from this jira
issue, and that file should be called
$VCL_INSTALL/Module/Provisioning/openstack.pm.
Then I think the next step would be to add a management node and perhaps start
vcld.
Then add a computer. Clicking the add a single computer button should bring up
a form with a bunch of fields to enter information into.
Also I'm not sure the instructions in the PDF detail the openstack.conf file
that the openstack.pm file uses for Openstack credentials. But if that's not
there then the "nova *" commands openstack.pm uses will not work.
