I can't remember who brought up the issue of leftover entries in iptables, but
it looks like I didn't emphasize it nearly as much as I thought in the patch
notes, so my apologies there. My memory is a little rusty at this point, so
while I go back over the patch, what are the steps to reproduce the problem?
