This is a dumb question but how do I submit an issue on this version of Jira? Even though I am logged in, I do not see any way to submit anything. ( I submitted two issues quite a while ago so I thought I should be able to submit one now. Things are either different or I have forgotten. Or both.)
PS: This is pertaining to IPv6 support discussed in the VCL Office Hours today. It is about time that I submit a patch adding support for the IPv6 in the front end code. -- Mark Gardner --
