Add support for Windows 8.x and Windows Server 2012. Things work for the most
part, but there are some tweaks which need to be made.
Documentation needs to be updated regarding installation and User Account
Control. The Windows 8 tile features don't work with UAC disabled.
KMS client keys need to be added to Version_6.pm for the newer flavors of
Windows in order for KMS activation to work.
