VCL-776 - rework resource code to have a base class for all resources and
inheriting classes for each resource type
image.php:
-modified connectmethodDialogContent and subimageDialogContent: changed text at
bottom of dialog from "Confirm Changes" to "Submit Changes" to properly reflect
text on button
-modified AJsaveResource: removed [$data['imageid']] key when referencing
$olddata; $olddata is not indexed by imageid, it is just the data for a
specific image; this was causing imagemeta information to get messed up when
clicking the Save Changes button
