Updated utils.pm::get_management_node_requests to return an empty hash
reference if no requests are assigned to the management node.

Updated rename_vcld_process so that the process name contains '|<request
ID>|<reservation ID>|<state>'. This matches the lines writtent to vcld.log and
makes it easier to copy the string and pass it to grep.
