Removed unused import of Shell perl Module in utils.pm.

Updated rename_vcld_process to surround the section of the process name which
matches the vcld.log lines in single quotes to make it a little easier to copy
and paste into a grep command. Updated reservation_being_processed to check for
the updated process name pattern.
