Charles,

It doesn't currently, but it wouldn't take much to allow the script to take 
some arguments such as "--web-only" or "--db-only" that would make it only 
install that portion.  Doing so would also require that it take some other 
parameters such as the database hostname, userid, and password.  I'll look at 
doing that.
