To reduce the load on the ASF mirrors, projects are required to delete old 
releases [1]

Please can you remove all non-current releases?

i.e. the ones listed as affected plus 2.4.1 (not in JIRA)

Also there seem to be two copies of 2.4.2; one at the top level and one in the 
2.4.2 subdir. Please tidy this up.
