The Documentation link by default opens in the same window. This can cause
confusion if the documentation consists of multiple web pages with their own
links and navigation hierarchy. It would be ideal if the documentation can be
opened in a separate window so that the main VCL reservation system is
accessible by the user as they read the documentation.
