Josh Thompson commented on VCL-931:
-----------------------------------

I prefer to leave control of opening links in a separate tab/window up to the
user. It is very easy to open any link in a separate tab using a middle mouse
button or using a modifier key when clicking the left mouse button. This
article does a great job explaining my thoughts on target="_blank":

> The Documentation link by default opens in the same window. This can cause
> confusion if the documentation consists of multiple web pages with their own
> links and navigation hierarchy. It would be ideal if the documentation can be
> opened in a separate window so that the main VCL reservation system is
> accessible by the user as they read the documentation.
