Please delete the older releases from
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/vcl/
for example:
svn delete -m"Removing old releases"
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/vcl/2.4.1
svn delete -m"Removing old releases"
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/vcl/apache-VCL-2.2.2.tar.bz2
etc.
Only the current release - 2.4.2 - should remain on the mirrors
