It would be handy if you could edit the computer.notes field for any computer,
regardless of state. AFAIK, you can currently only edit the notes if the
computer is getting put into or is already in the _maintenance_ state.
The title for the field in the web GUI is currently _Reason for Maintenance_.
This could be changed to something more generic.
