Granting serverCheckOut at a privilege node without also granting imageCheckOut
does not allow users or user groups to have access to images in image groups
available at the same node. This may have been intentional, but the code needs
to be checked to see if there is a reason why this is the case. It would make
sense to have serverCheckOut by itself grant access.
