With VCL 2.5, the WINDOWS_ROOT_PASSWORD property in vcld.conf is used to set
the root password to a known value for both Windows and Linux images.
Therefore, its name has become misleading. At a minimum, it should be renamed.
The update script can be extended to update existing vcld.conf files by running
sed.
