image.basedoffrevisionid tracks which revision an image is initially created
from. However, further revisions of the image do not track which revision was
used to create them. If someone creates a new revision from a revision that is
several revisions old, it is unclear that it was not based off of the latest
revision.
This information also needs to be displayed to users when creating new
revisions as well as when viewing revision information under Edit Image
Profiles.
