AD Domain groups can only have administer and manageGrouping set in the
privilege tree. However, the add resource group dialog box allows any privilege
to be selected for any type. When available or manageMapping is submitted, the
AD Domain group is added to the privilege node with no way of removing it,
preventing it from being deleted. This also applies to schedule groups and the
available privilege for management node groups.
