My name is Robert Compton. Eric Cambel is going to be working on building an RESTful API endpoint onto the client side PHP application for VCL. I'm planning on building a client side application in Angular to consume that API. This will be an independent development from the current client facing PHP application, but will be able to replace it entirely after its completion.
