If something unusual causes vcld to start processing a reservation whose end
time has passed or is within a certain timeout, vcld will grant a 20 minute
grace period to allow the user to receive a warning email and save any work.
However, after the end time for a reservation, it is no longer displayed on the
Reservations page. So, if the user is no longer connected, they have no way to
look up connection information to reconnect, nor do they have the option to try
to extend the reservation. vcld should update the end time for the reservation
in the request table to the new end time after the grace period so that the
user will be able to see the reservation.
