We now have a very simple POM for VelocityTools, but it isn't installed in the
maven2 repository yet. If someone knows what needs to happen to get that done,
i'd appreciate it if you could tell us. Also, please note that the POM
doesn't yet tell Maven2 how to do all that the Ant build can do.
