Files are not accessible : You don't have permission to access
/~nbubna/velocity/engine/1.5/velocity-1.5.pom on this server.
Well, if nothing can be deleted, at least the relocation POM will override the
old one(which is not valid now) and all M2 users will be redirected to the new
location.
If somebody will download the velocity jar directly it will be still fine.
