I was just trying to upgrade my Apache commons-collections class from v3 to v4,
and looks like Velocity is holding this back, i.e. I need both versions.
https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-collections/release_4_0.html = says
that ExtendedProperties has been removed, which is required by the current
ResourceLoader.
Any chance we could get this task some more attention? Thank you.
