Patch follows:
- Correct DataSourceResourceLoader to properly coerce UTF-8 encoded character
streams.
- Fix Unit Test to both test and properly report failures in unicode templates
loaded from database.
- Fix Unit Test SQL to be more portable (using CLOB over TEXT or VARCHAR),
using the more
portable 'current_timestamp' function, and renaming the 'timestamp' column
to 'updated_ts' to avoid
reserved work conflicts with other databases.
