Description:
There seems to be a newer fork of {{json-simple}} on
[GitHub|https://github.com/cliftonlabs/json-simple]. We should use that.
There is no benefit by shading this artifact, worse than that the user cannot
upgrade it w/o resorting to use and those who don't need it can simply exclude
the transitive dependency.

Not everyone will use this tool, shading does not bring us any benefit. We can
simply make it optional for. Those who need it, simply add the dep to their POM.
