[~michael-o] It is a mere adaptation of the code they dropped, yes. It now uses
engine 2.x resource readers and slf4j logger, and that's all I did. Not being a
big Spring user, I don't really know if there is something else to take into
account. As a side note, I'm quite surprised nobody proposed this adaptation
sooner.
