[~michael-o] I'm not sure it's pertinent to mark this new module as either
experimental or subject to change. After all it just found a new home, I just
barely changed the logger. FYI, I have another working branch with the same for
the Tools, but we're in a hurry to release so it won't be part of the next
release yet.
