the web dashboard is not finished yet in any case, so I would recommend to not
include it in the release.

While preparing release 0.7.1 with some fixes, I looked at other parts of the
code that our mentors suggested could have something wrong and found the code
and structure of the Web Dashboard very peculiar. As you can see below, the pom
file does not follow our patterns and refers to an external developer.

Please, if you are responsible for this code, contact me so we can apply the
proper changes in order to follow the project and Apache's best practices.
If there is no responsible for this code, I will remove from the release as a
security measure and keep it in a separate branch.
