LICENSE file lists the following resources as coming from profiledb-java repo,
however I could not find them there:
  *

wayang-commons/wayang-utils-profile-db/src/main/java/org/apache/wayang/commons/util/profiledb/storage/FileStorage.java
wayang-commons/wayang-utils-profile-db/src/main/java/org/apache/wayang/commons/util/profiledb/storage/JDBCStorage.java
wayang-commons/wayang-utils-profile-db/src/main/java/org/apache/wayang/commons/util/profiledb/storage/Storage.java

  *
 Where are they coming from?
  *
Also you don’t need to list the dependencies in the LICENSE and NOTICE file
(The 4 at the bottom)
  *
The README in the root refers to the SNAPSHOT version.

[OK] Verify the staged source README, RELEASE_NOTE files correspond to those in

Mainly test-resources without headers. README files could have them added
though.

[OK] Search for SNAPSHOT references
[OK] Search for Copyright references, and if they are in headers, make sure
these files containing them are mentioned in the LICENSE file.

I checked (in the source distribution):
- incubating is in the name/version
- signature and checksum are OK
- DISCLAIMER is there
- LICENSE and NOTICE are good (but, we can remove javax.annotation-api
mention as it's not code copy)
- Header is OK, but I would suggest to add ASF header in
wayang-applications/README.md and wayang-ml4all/README.md
- No binary found in the source distribution

Can you please list the binary artifacts (on Maven staging repository)
that bundle dependencies ? I would like to do a check there.

Thanks !
Regards
JB
